I spoke with Gina a little while ago. The big news is that Billy is no longer squeezing hands once for ‘yes’ and twice for ‘no’; HE’S NODDING HIS HEAD FOR YES, AND SHAKING IT FOR NO!!!
Gina said Billy is “off the ventilator” — but I realized later that I don’t know if she meant ‘at the moment’ or ‘for good’; I’ll find out later about that.
God continues to bless. Continue to ask God’s healing for Billy. Also, keep the Carter family in your prayers. With everything else that’s been going on, I somehow didn’t stop to think about the fact that Wayne’s step-son Craig is a special-needs man who must be having a very difficult time coping with this tragic loss. Be in prayer for Sandra and Craig, and the rest of their families.
